Customstitch’d are a family run business that specialises in all aspects of automotive and domestic upholstery. 

We have over 20 years experience in domestic, contract and automotive upholstery, working with both traditional and modern techniques on large scale projects and individual one off pieces.

In 2001 Carl left school education and beginning an apprenticeship in upholstery.

Throughout the years Carl has learnt his trade with guidance from three experienced local upholsterers.

He has always had a passion for anything with wheels, as soon as he brought his own Singer sewing machine he began exploring the world of automotive upholstery.

Although automotive is his passion, he still thoroughly enjoys creating bespoke pieces of domestic furniture of which has a vast amount of experience in.

Our newly refurbished workshop is located in rural Suffolk.
